WARRANTY
Gramm Tourpacking Bags: Our Gramm Tourpacking bags and products are covered by a 2 years warranty.
From the date of purchase your Gramm product is protected against any manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty not applies to Gramm Tourpacking custom - and made to measure bags. Not covered are also any accidental damage caused by a crash, incorrect installation, neglect, incorrect care or misuse of your Gramm Tourpacking product. Allygn Components racks: If you have any problems with your rack, please get in touch first with the Fern Bicycles service here … GET IN TOUCH
Please note, Allygn Components does’t give any warranty on the racks paints. Please make sure you use electrical tape or 3M helicopter tape to protect the hard wearing coating of your rack. Best before using a bag or fixing any kind of stuff onto your new rack and before the paint wear off. If you have any further questions please send us an email to post(at)gramm-tourpacking.com

All our bags come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Either you are completely satisfied with your bag or your product and it fits not very well or you are not happy, you get your money back.
No ifs and no buts.
Here is how it works:
- Send us an email at post@gramm-tourpacking.com
- Explain why you are sad and want to return your bag or product
- We might ask you to send us some pictures to understand your problem an we will do our best to solve it for you
- Please send us the bag at one’s own expense to our Gramm workshop in Berlin
- After an positive quality check of your bag we will issue a full refund
LIFE TIME GRAMM BAG SERVICE
We offer a life time service for your Gramm Tourpacking bag.
Doesn’t matter if your bag is a shop bag, a special custom bag, limited series bag or made to measure bag.
That means, if something is damaged after some years or decades, please send us your bag and we will repair or replace the broken part as good as possible. Doesn't matter if this is an manufacturing defect, your fault or any material failure. We always try to preserve and repair everything and try our very best. Please send us an email at service@gramm-tourpacking.com and explain your concern so that we will find together the best solution.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Shipping:
We ship with DHL almost worldwide with tracking number.
The package is ensured for 500 EUR (or 1000 EUR with little extra costs).
We don’t ship over 1000 EUR value price to Non-EU countries!
All orders are fulfilled at our workshop in Berlin, Germany within 5 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during vacations). We work Monday to Friday and not on German public holidays. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final shipping confirmation.
Payment worldwide
We accept the Gramm Tourpacking - SHOP specified payment methods.
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include the VAT / TAX rate of your country.
If your country is not a part of the EU, the price will not include VAT but will remain the same due to increased administration and shipping costs associated with international orders.
Please notice: Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Gramm Tourpacking ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we don't collect VAT, duties or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot know what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more informations.For all legal transactions with Gramm Tourpacking applies the law of Bundesrepublik Deutschland and the European Union.
